I bought this because it said it was solid wood and other reviews of other types of toy boxes had issues with particle board products. This product is MDF. That would have been okay if it hadn't arrived discolored in various places and the lid was damaged. If it had been real wood, the damaged could have been repaired but when MDF is damaged - that is pretty much it. Even one of the screws was so cheap the end of the screw did not have the indentation for the philips head screwdriver, which meant even without the damage, I would have had to go out and buy a screw.
I am returning this damaged item and will not get another. It is not worth the money to me for the quality of the item. |
