Excellent cups, but slimy on the outside,

I got my first shipment of these, and the cups are excellent. However, all of the cups I got in this batch had a slimy feel to the outside, and left my fingers slick after touching them, as if I had oil on my fingers. I'm not sure what it is, since there's no grease film on liquids that I put into the cups, and there's no smell to it. I'm going to wait until the second batch arrives (I did the Subscribe & Save thing) and if they're just as bad, I'll cancel my order and return the second batch. Otherwise, I'll throw out the first batch and update this review to positive. A one-time thing doesn't bother me, but the cups are unusable, as shipped.
On the plus side, these cups are large, sturdy and stack very well. |
