This stuff is awesome! Take a yellow cake mix and mix by directions and beat in a can of the Almond Solo and you will get a fabulous cake!
One of the best cakes that I have ever eaten! Seriously!!
Try it! You will love it!

Have been using Solo Almond filling for my holiday Amaretto Cake for a few years now. I must say that my cake is "almost famous" and my gift list has grown to 30 cakes over the years. I was quite upset when I could no longer find this at any market in my area! So happy to find it on Amazon, and it was even a bit cheaper than the market prices! Use the Almond cake recipe on the label and add an Amaretto glaze....... you won't be sorry!

Already tried the poppy seed filling and got this too for more special treats. Tried it and used a regular yellow cake mix and baked a bundt. It was very moist and sweet. Next time, I will follow the Solo can recipe for a "from scratch" cake...and see the difference.

This makes absolutely the BEST almond cake [recipe is on reverse side of label - be careful cutting it off!]. My family and I CANNOT stop eating it once it's made!
