Garbage
I don't know about the non-Chinese systems shown here. However, I can say with confidence that with the exception of the classical Taijiquan set shown, everything else "Chinese" in this text is absolute trash. This is a book to laugh at, in my opinion. In terms of kung-fu, there is almost nothing useful in here. Just about any other book on kung-fu is...

Garbage
I don't know about the non-Chinese systems shown here. However, I can say with confidence that with the exception of the classical Taijiquan set shown, everything else "Chinese" in this text is absolute trash. This is a book to laugh at, in my opinion. In terms of kung-fu, there is almost nothing useful in here. Just about any other book on kung-fu is...

I don't know about the non-Chinese systems shown here. However, I can say with confidence that with the exception of the classical Taijiquan set shown, everything else "Chinese" in this text is absolute trash. This is a book to laugh at, in my opinion. In terms of kung-fu, there is almost nothing useful in here. Just about any other book on kung-fu is better than this.
