This review is from: Solutions of the Examples in Elementary Algebra for Schools (Paperback)
This volume, along with the text "Elementary Algebra for Schools", are valuable resources both for self study and for classroom use. Although the text was written long ago, its significance has not diminished over the years, and has become increasing important since we seem not to value or teach many of the basic techniques any more. Typical of textbooks of its era, the explanations are given in articles, each of which highlights a particular point. There are plenty of exercises, of great variety, and the solution manual will be welcome by most readers.
