SOLVING AMERICA'S HEALTHCARE CRISIS

Within our society, our community, our families and most commonly within ourselves, we have a growing health crisis brewing, perpetuated by our daily habits and cultural norms, yet simply not confronted. We are suffering and dying of chronic conditions and diseases at an unprecedented rate, in spite of spending more on heath care than ever before. Our established way of life is killing us, yet we are not addressing the underlying problem. It's just so large, invasive and complex that we can't seem to take hold and attack it with any meaningful success.
Yet this health crisis does not have to be. We understand enough about human health, what disrupts it, and how to regain it, to fix this monumental problem, but the knowledge is not trickling down. Most Americans are clueless to the far-reaching effects of their dietary patterns and healthcare decisions, and therefore continue on the same downward path towards suffering, disease and dependency on treatments and drugs addressing symptoms of diseases, not underlying causes.
We need a new approach to health care. We need a visionary - someone to articulate and set forth a clear path to solve our healthcare crisis in this country, and this is just what Dr. Pamela Popper is, and attempts, her book, SOLVING AMERICA'S HEALTHCARE CRISIS. It offers us nothing less than a comprehensive war plan that lays out what we must do to make significant changes to reverse the financial and health effects of our current practices. Dr. Popper clearly explains the problem, issue by issue, and offers us an achievable solution to follow. The problem, she explains, is the result of our poor diet and lifestyle habits.

It's important to know the truth about a subject if you are going to do something about it. In Dr. Pam Popper's book, Solving America's Heatlhcare Crisis, she objectively and effectively delivers the truth as it exists in the science today regarding the problems with America's healthcare for helping people get well vs. covering up symptoms of a disease process with drugs. This book teaches us how we need to take matters of our health into our own hands by educating ourselves if we are ever going to work with our healthcare professionals, resolve our underlying health conditions and reduce health insurance costs. The book not only outlines how our government perpetuates the healthcare problem with some of it's agencies, but how conventionally trained,well-meaning healthcare professionals and the media unknowingly do the same. Solving America's Healthcare Crisis helps the reader scientifcally understand and dispell some of the myths and misunderstandings we've been taught to believe as truth regarding our health. In this book, Dr. Popper outlines the most common health problems we face as a nation in our children, women and men and how we can use diet and lifestyle to prevent, stop the progression of or reverse disease in the human body altogether. This book is a MUST READ for anyone who has disease in their body or would prefer to prevent it altogether - ALL AMERICANS!!!

As the title of this book suggests, America is in the midst of a serious healthcare crisis, and Dr. Popper approaches and deals with the issues at hand beautifully. She explains the problems, including the USDA's involvement in inaccurately instructing Americans what to eat and how much of it, and presents practical, unbiased solutions to the problems. In her brutally honest and no-nonsense tone, she provides expertly analyzed scientific data to back up her recommendations, making it impossible to doubt them. The book is very easy to read and understand, while being extremely interesting. Dr. Popper makes it clear that achieving good health is under our control, and it can be quite easy. This country would be in much better shape if even a fraction of the people read this book and followed the advice. I strongly recommend this book and anything else by the author.

This book is yet another gift from Dr. Pam Popper. The reason this book is such a gift is because it is such an EASY read. I love the way it is set up and how it is divided into easy to digest sections. I can just open this book to any page and get a great piece of information that will get me going into a new direction of research. The other thing that I love about this book (and most of what I've ever read by this author) is how easy it is to understand. So many times, while reading this book, I've said to myself "it's just so simple when it's explained like that!" and it's great to be exposed to this kind of straight forward explanation. It is a tool to use when having conversations with others. Who doesn't talk about health these days? It's everywhere... and if you read this book you'll have a better understanding of what we can do to help the situation. Thank you Pam Popper for this contribution.

Solving America's Health Care Crisis is a book that frankly you can't afford not to read! You have a choice, you can educate yourself, take your health into your own hands, be in control, avoid spending the hundreds of thousands of dollars out of pocket that most Americans will spend if they remain in the health care system and retire with your wealth and your health OR you can suffer the pain and agony of dying of degenerative conditions as your life savings is drained away in the medical mill. This book is a concise, college education put in lay terms about how to take charge of your health and the health of your loved ones! Dr. Popper distills the misinformation about nutrition, diagnostic testing and even choosing health care practitioners. Our system is broken, Americans are not getting well and times like these call for serious action. This book will be your first step in the right direction. Do not miss out and suffer the consequences. Lana M. Kontos, Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor
