I have tried many different remedies for pain surrounding radiating Sciatica and can say unequivically that sombra is the most amazing and best working ..I first got some from a friend who is a chiropractor..i was amazed to see it at amazon ..its an excellant product and amazing price..if you have aches and pains from muccualar aches to the deep sciatic , Sombra will do the trick and what is better its natural ingrediants are more powerful than drugs....

I bought this product for my arthritic hands. I idea is great - I didn't want the product to cover my fingers as I was applying it so the roll-on fit the bill. The problem I experienced was that not always does the product flow from the roll-on head as I'm applying it. Sometimes shaking the bottle helps, sometimes not. Increasing the pressure on the head while applying doen't help. Hit or miss whether the product flows out so it can be quite frustrating. When it does, it feels cool and helps the pain a bit. Don't think I'd buy it again.

I have tried several different pain relief salves, gels etc. I tried Sombra a while back and haven't found anything that compares to the Sombra. It really gets into the muscles and soothes the pain.
