Nobody likes his wife to sleep with somebody else. A Spanish romance telling the erotic desires of a commander towards a caste miller woman. That was the foundation for the distinguished Spanish writer to make a jocular novel, full of grace, which, regardless of that sensual core it is still of good taste and, as the author said, ""it is to the scope of nuns and children who know that a husband sleeps with his wife"". The book has been very popular, up to the point that it has been a foundation for operas and for Manuel de Fallas brilliant ballet, which had a first appearance with Picasso's sets of decoration and Massine's choreography. All the roguish of the humorous novel is transmitted to the reading made by the distinguished actress Laura GarcÃa.
