5.0 out of 5 stars A classic sourcebook for programs in BASIC and the algorithms
This book contains readable source code in the BASIC language for many important calculations. These can be implemented in any computational language by anyone who can read BASIC. Each program has notes and sample runs to make the operations clear. This is certainly one of the classic computer books of all time.

The sources can be found on the web - for one...

3.0 out of 5 stars Worthwhile
A solid library of common programs to have. But don't spend too much for a copy. Most programs are simplistic (1K in size) and look like they were lifted from 70's era programmable calculator libraries. Then the author went on to make "Some Common..." for the Apple II, PET, IBM, etc... Talk about mileage!
