i was a bit skeptical when i bought this book due to having read some bad chick lit, but sarah webb turned out to be a revelation. this book is just a lovely irish story about love and family and i dreamily read it in 2 days. i was surprised at myself!it wont win the booker prize but it leaves you with a warm glow and there's nothing wrong with that. a winner for me.
