Absolutely amazing!,

This single is totally astonishing! Such a pleasant breath of fresh air from those other mainstream pop artists out there. I heard about Bonnie McKee from the movie, "Win a Date with Tad Hamilton" a few months ago, while watching the movie on the plane. I've been dying to find the artist ever since, and indeed, I've found her! This single is simply breathtaking. First of all, the music combines piano, soft organ, and a gospel background, which further influences the lonely atmosphere of the song. As it moves to the peak of the song, guitar and percussion are added. However, before the song ends, we hear the piano and the organ in the background, reminding us of the loneliness. Not to mention Bonnie's voice being full of emotion! Most of all, the message is the thing I could relate to. You know, the theme of waiting for that "Somebody" to come along. Great song from a rising artist filled to the brim with potential - watch out for her!!

This single is really awesome. Bonnie mckee has a beautiful voice. And you really can relate to the lyrics of somebody. She is a really talented person, only 17 years of age and already wrote and composed her songs. This single is a must-have.

I saw her video for "Somebody" the other day and I fell in love with the song right away. Bonnie McKee has a beautiful and distinctive voice and she has a beautiful face to match. Her voice is very soulful and she weaves in a little gospel sound into her music. I already pre-purchase her new album. I can't wait to get it! Believe me she's going to household name soon.

"Somebody" Is a Breath of Fresh Air,

I admit it, when I first heard Bonnie Mckee's song "Somebody," I didn't think much of it. Actually, I turned off the song halfway through. After reading about Bonnie again on a message board, I gave "Somebody" another chance. It's amazing.
The song starts out quiet with a piano. Bonnie starts singing, and both her voice and the lyrics are amazing. The song continues, and a the song gets more powerful than it had before. The drums kick in, an organ plays, and guitars play as well. A chorus chimes in with Bonnie, and eventually brings the song to a wonderful close. Give this song a chance. You may grow accustomed to it, and learn to like it. I know I'll be buying the CD when it is released on September 28th. If you get to bonniemckee.com, give "Trouble" a listen as well. -eat the soap

I love the song "Somebody". You could play it over and over and never get tired of hearing it. Bonnie McKee's voice is almost like a mix of Jewel and Sarah McLachlan. Anyone who hasn't heard her, go to her website, do a google search, just do anything to listen to her...

Somebody is such an incredible song. The first time I heard it on the radio, I said who is this singing this incredible song. The song is POP with a touch of country. Usually this is not my type of music, but the song is so touching and catchy that it's irressitable. Every time I heard it, it puts me in such an wonderful mood. It's now my favorite song. Bonnie McKee's vocals are beautiful also. I wish she has an album so I can buy it. You gotta buy this single or the soundtrack Win A Date With Ted Hamilton where it came from.

Bonnie Mckee's "Somebody" has a great lyrical quality that highlights her fabulous vocals and songwriting skills. She evokes the feelings shared by many without having it come off as corny or "teenyboppish" as many of her peers' songs do. Her sound is unique, and obviously, she's been WELL trained. Great song!
