About the Author
Susan Cavaciuti graduated from the College of Art and Design in Portsmouth, England in 1987. A Celtic artist, Susan captures light and movement in her work, striving to create three-dimensional images in a variety of media: pastels, oils, watercolor, mixed media, needlework, ceramics, sculpture and photography. Her work has been purchased for display in private collections, and she has given exhibitions in France, England, and the United States.
Susan is also an illustrator whose publication credits include: My Whole Foods ABC's (a picture book for children), Stevia Sweet Recipes: Sugar - Free Naturally! and Taste Life! The Organic Choice. Her first individually authored book, Someone Hurt Me, is a picture book for children with a history of trauma and abuse.
Susan wrote this book from her personal experience as a trauma survivor as well as from her professional experience as a consultant in Creative Arts for Health. Susan is whole-heartedly dedicated to the use of the Higher Arts to enhance the quality of life.
