"Someone Loves You Honey" was a monster hit back in the early 1980s. Cpoyright problems kept it from being released on CD until recently. The version included on this disk does not include the toasting by Prince Mohammed on the original release. The rest of the material on the disk is by and large similar to "Someone" -- 1960s/1970s country and pop tunes done reggae style -- though none of the other tracks match the wallop of the title track.

Mann I just can't believe that I finally found this album. It's an album that really shows my favorite styles of J.C. Lodge. She has a remarkable voice that enchants the mind and sets the mood. Especially this album.

Lost my copy along time ago. Now that she's out again, I've got one. I looked forward to the re-release of this cd. Its a wonderful cd to have, especially on intimate nights.

I heard the title cut on the radio while I was cleaning an apartment following a move. It was so nice I bought the album, and the Mrs thought it is romantic. A more accessable kind of reggae than most.

An enchanting voice, backed by excellent material! June Lodge ranks right up there with the best in reggae. After you get a taste of her this album, you will be begging for more. A must have for any serious reggae enthusiast and will make even the casual listener and instant fan.

i liked all the music on this cd I just liked her voice and the style of music

Lot's of 50's songs to a Reggae beat. J.C. (now June) pulls it off. Give the girl some better material to showcase her talent. Not bad--worth adding to the Reggae collection.
