British teen pop sensation Billie Piper has done it again! The smooth, sophisticated "Something Deep Inside" is quite possibly her best single to date, following on from such singles as "Because We Want To", "Honey to the B" and, more recently, "Day and Night". Piper is slowly emerging as a more mature and serious pop artist, who is prepared to explore different avenues in music and progress from her earlier, slightly 'younger' approach. This is evident in the lyrics, sound and video clip of "Something Deep Inside". If this single is a reflection of the standard of work present in the tracks of her latest album, this is definitely one CD to purchase!

Wow! Everything on this single is awesome! The title track is the best song off her second album, although it did not have much success on the charts as "Day & Night". The B-side, "First Love" is a great ballad that could have been a single itself, very mature and Billie-ish...

The remix is also well worth it, an intelligent work of art! It is a little less RnB-ish than the radio version, and more orchestral. The vocals have not been taken from the original version and then glued to the new arrangements. The music is different, and so are the vocals.

The video is very nice, the setup is beautiful and the choreography is great. One of my all-time favorite videos!

This single is a great buy on all aspects! Nothing about "Something Deep Inside" will leave you disappointed... A well-deserved five stars for Billie!

second offer from her album, definitely the right choice, she's just great in performing in these types of song, isn't she? with a touch of R&B and dance moves, she wowed me again in her MTV!

This is a major improvement from her first CD. She has created a major hit that sticks in your head all day long. This is a great single that combines rock and pop. Only being a teenager, her voice seems that she has been singing for years, which is unlike most teen singers. This single is recommended.

This single is a great follow-up to "Day & Night." Taken from her new album "Walk Of Life," which is released in the UK sometime next week! I love the Motiv 8 Mix of SDI! Very kewl! And it also an Enhanced CD, which shows the vid of SDI. A very cool vid, if you don't say so myself...

Well, I'm an Aussie. I'm going to get this single for Christmas Eve. In Australia, the single was released as one CD. The "Steel & Holiday" Mix and the exclusive B-Side "First Love" (Don't panic, First Love was deatured on "The Best Of Billie") are replaced with the "Motiv8" Remix (A Truly Brilliant Remix) and the "Hex Hector" Mix of Honey To The Bee (I've got the single for Britney's "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know" and Hex Hector is a very good remixer). The Australian single still has the Radio Mix (the original song is download-only), the G-A-Y Mix and the - not that great - Bold and Beutifal Mix. I recommend the Australian single over the UK Single because you can get all the great tracks on one CD, instead of 2 seperatly-sold CDs. Also, this single is of higher quality. Oh, and the Australian single still has the enhanced Video from CD1 of the UK Single.

This is the second CD single of Piper's single, "Something Deep Inside." There are two remixes of the song included (the Bold & Beautiful Mix is wonderful for dancing and working out). But the real beauty of this release is the simply stunning gatefold sleeve, with a gorgeous photo of Piper in the center. There is also a nice promo poster included, but it's basically a head-to-waist version of the cover photo. A nice deal all around; hardcore fans will definitely want to add this to their collections.
