5.0 out of 5 stars Out of Nothing, comes Something...
After reading the first book, I was blown away by the total integration of Bob Frissel's material. He has done it again in this second book. It's more than a sequel. It's a necessary companion to the first book! If you liked 'Nothing...' 'Something...' has the same qualities, only more so. The books should be sold together! This book is one of such complete integration...

3.0 out of 5 stars Disapointing
The author means well, but this book doesn't measure up to the first one. The first half of the book is informative, but the second half of the book reads like a plug for rebirthing and gets too auto-biographical and boring. I think this book will hurt Mr. Frisell's credibility and that's a shame because he really does have a lot to offer.

It's a necessary companion to the first book! If you liked 'Nothing...' 'Something...' has the same qualities, only more so. The books should be sold together! This book is one of such complete integration that one can only agree, or dissagree completely with it. No part of the book can be taken without taking it in it's entirety! A MUST read for anyone interested in unravelling the 'secrets' of existence!

3.0 out of 5 stars Le Sigh..., August 10, 2004
Sadly, I was disappointed. Like an earlier reviewer stated, the first half of the book is very interesting and informative, but the second half is bland to say the least.

During the first half, Frissell touches on topics such as the greys, sirians, atlantis, kennedy assassination, etc. but the second half is nothing but a boring and incomprehensible synopsis of rebirthing sessions.
However, on a side note, the topics he touched on did remind me to buy books more focused on topics I was interested in.

His first book, _Nothing_in_This_Book_is_True,_But_it's_Exactly_How_Things_Are_ is a more interesting and informative read.

5.0 out of 5 stars A superb companion to Frissell's first book., January 23, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Something in This Book Is True, Second Edition: The Official Companion to Nothing in This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are (Paperback)
I actually enjoyed this book more than Frissell's first ("Nothing in this Book is True..."). His writing is sharp, even a bit funny, and the information is very concise--a rarity with books this ambitious. The second half of the book is particularly compelling, where Frissell discusses his own experiences with EST, rebirthing, Babaji and various other metaphysical/spiritual thought systems. I read it like a primer on these different subjects, and it has saved me from having to research them to death myself. My only issue is that I now have to buy the book again to read the expanded, revised version.

This is easily my favorite of Bob's books. His facts are way off but the Something true in this book is well worth it. The personal story about EST and getting it is hilarious, as well as the line about him managing to not lock himself out of his car. His encounter with Babaji seems genuine and hearwarming. Skip the "facts" in this one and just listen to Bob's journey. He's a cool guy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another outstanding book by Bob Frissell, November 2, 1998

Bob Frissell got down to the nitty gritty here. If you're ready for earth changes, pole shifts, prophesies, a secret government, Grays, ascended masters and Drunvalo Melchizedek, then welcome yourself to the QUICKENING!

5.0 out of 5 stars From Flower of Life to Rebirthing, March 11, 2010
This review is from: Something in This Book Is True, Second Edition: The Official Companion to Nothing in This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are (Paperback)
A bookend companion volume to Bob"s first book" Nothing In This Book Is true, But It's Exactly How Things Are" (15th Anniversary Edition), this book completes the learning curve about our purpose for being here and where we are going as well as how to effectively deal with our everyday life and emotional trauma's. We learn that "we are perfect" and" that resistance leads to persistence" and that "the recreation of an experience makes the experience disappear" (the three notions of est) and then gives us a practical way to integrate our emotional stuff via rebirthing(Conscious Breathing). Read this book and it will enhance your life. It will teach you how to breath the Prana of the ONE SPIRIT, The All That Is. It is a practical guide to speed us on our journey to Ascension. Get this book! You will not be disappointed.

3.0 out of 5 stars Linking it Together, December 21, 2008

This review is from: Something in This Book Is True, Second Edition: The Official Companion to Nothing in This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are (Paperback)
Bob Frissell's book was one of several I used as reference for an article I was writing about a shift in global consciousness. Of particular value to me was his comment on the accelerated evolution of human consciousness: "What this means in part is that we are already in a different reality. Eventss that would normally happen may not happern that way at all. It means that our thoughts, feelings, and actions are more powerful than ever, and we have the ability to instantly alter our reality. This is why the success rate of many predictions (Cayce, Nostradamus etc.) has fallen off dramatically since 1972."
This is a fun book to read along with his more recent one,"You Are a Spiritual Being Having a Human Experience."

I am thankful for this incredible book. Thanks to Bob once again! I couldn't get enough of your first book, "Nothing in This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are" , so I was thrilled to discover this companion book. These two books, together, take you on a journey you don't have to come back from! Life changing!
