Finally, an easy to read & helpful book written by a parent.,

Referring to: "Sometimes I Get All Scribbly", by Maureen Bissen Neuville.My Mother-in-law bought this book for us last year and it really helped us to understand ADHD (as I think we were in denial). Our son has since been diagnosed with ADD. Since reading it we have been better able to cope. It was easy to read and not cluttered with a lot of medical and professional terms that we did not understand. It does, however, refer to researched information that helps us to understand the disorder. We now feel like we are not the only ones coping with a child with ADHD. I continue to refer to this book and have let others borrow it. They have found it a big help also. Now that I found this site I will tell others where they can order their own copy. Thanks Mary C |
