I'll keep this short and sweet...this book was awesome! Great writing and Oh So Sexy stuff. I'm still revved up after a few days, and am reading it again. My girl is reaping the benefits of my learning experience.

The Kindle version of this book has no Table of Contents. There is no way to know who wrote each story. If you want to skip to the next story you have to do it page by page. If you want to locate a friend's story among all the stories you can't do this. This would be simple in a real book. It seems that if Amazon is going to charge more than nine dollars for a book in which they don't even invest in hard copy pages or artwork they could at least provide an interactive Table of Contents. This book is a Lammy winner and Kindle does not do it justice. At this rate, books have nothing to fear from the e-book versions; hard copy books are still way ahead.

98% of the stories I found to be awsome... but there were one or two that I skipped altogether after reading a couple of minutes. There are not too many Butch/Femme erotic short story books out there so I would definetly recommend to everyone to add to their collection

As a self-identified femme and lover of all masculine-identified/butch/trans queers for the past 10 years, I'm always on the hunt for decent butch/femme erotica. My erotica book collection is extremely extensive, so I feel like I've read enough lesbian erotica to know a good book when I read one... and this one really delivers. I was so happy to find this book! My gf and I are on our second time of reading it. There's a good variety of scenarios, of characters, and of hot sex. You won't be disappointed.

In the world of erotic literature it can be so difficult to tell a new story. Yet here were have a collection from Tristan Taormino where the vast majority of the 23 stories offer us a new twist or an entirely new look at the butch/femme dynamic.

This is a real dynamic, not merely a porn vision for men by men. Gender, after all, is not innately connected to our biological sex and in a world where het is the norm, it should never surprise us that lesbian might also find that "opposites" attract.

The tales are told with passion and with realism at the same time. Getting us into the characters heads even if we as the reader are not the target audience. For me, five stories were the cream of the crop in this anthology starting right off with Alison L. Smith's "Sometimes She Lets Me". Joy Parks' "Sweet Thing" and Amie M. Evans' "Anonymous" kept the insights and arousal flowing.

Slightly later pieces from Kristen Porter ("Night Crawler") and D. Alexandria ("Tag!" were brilliant. And then things slowed down for me in the collection. The other stories were good but really not as well crafted as these five though none disappointed.

This was a stand out collection for 2010 and is deserving of your consideration or your borrowing of a friend's copy.
