Absolutely wonderful!,

When I discovered Elaine Coffman, I bought every one of her books. This is my favorite, by far. In fact, it's in my top 5 favorite books of all time, and that top 5 includes Pride & Prejudice, so I do have great taste. Ross is the quintessential Texan who claims his birthright in Scotland. Annabella is a Englishwoman trapped in a betrothal to a Scot she doesn't want. Oh, the sparks that fly, and the romance that blossoms! Read this book. I love historicals, and this one is the BEST!

I can't believe this book didn't get more reviews!
I have never laughed so much and enjoy so much a caracterlike Ross! Elaine Coffman is one of my favorites writers, she not only writes a beautiful love story to read but makes you laugh as well.

Great reading!! I love this book and looking forward to reading more abot the Mackinnon clan! I felt like I was watching this from the view of every character! A most read if you love historic love stories!!
