Sonamp 2120 - 1st problem since installed in 1996 - superb sound quality, February 1, 2010

I've had 2 Sonance Sonamp 2120s since 1996 or so. One just started making some crackling noise so I was checking on replacements. Pricey! Don't recall how much I paid 14 years ago, but it's a solid unit that has given 14 years of trouble free service.
