I bought Point of Know Return in 1977 at 13years old, and loved it, then i bought Song for America, this turned me into a progressive rock fan, it is an excellent and diverse album. I am still loving this album, and am always searching for something like it.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

One of the best records from this wonderful band. It's a hard rockin' work as well as a very progressive effort, with emblematic songs like "Incomudro - Hymn to the Atman" and, of course, the title track, one of their most enduring gems. Just go for it, won't regret!

One of the great American bands, Kansas was out of place and time in the 1970's midwest, but rose above all odds with landmark albums like Masque, Leftoverture and Point of Know Return. To me, Song For America started it all, along with some help from Don Kirshner. Re-mastered & re-issued with two extra tracks, its great to hear this album again. Lamplight Symphony & the title track are Kansas masterpieces! Rock on, boys!
