I happened to stumble upon this desk calendar in a local shop and once I saw it had to have it. It is made to look like a vintage ledger with sheet music lining the inside covers. There is so much beauty in this desk calendar - it has an old bird print on an old writing page for each season and each page has a vintage egg photo and wonderful wonderful quotes, even the numbering of days is beautiful. All my coworkers oooh and aaaah when they see it. If you like vintage inspired items you will love this desk calendar (also see The Nature of Things 2007 Desk Calendar too, it looks to be the same sort of thing from the same publisher).

I read about this book on someone's blog and am I ever glad I stumbled upon it. It's hard to believe this book is not actually vintage! From the quality graphics on the cover (which really does feel like old leather), to the sheet music endpapers (appropriately "aged"), to the lavishly illustrated pages, this book is a keeper. Love the quotes on each page as well as the antique bird egg illustrations. I hope they publish one of these every year. I've purchased several to give as Christmas gifts. Highly recommended!

This is an absolutely gorgeous compilation of beautiful vintage-style collages, quotes and old-fashioned papers bound together into one of the best desk calendars I have seen for sale. It rivals any handcrafted diary/ calendar out there. Great size for the studio to keep track of those daily "artsy inspirations"!

A most exquisite gift for the hard to find a gift for co-worker. Had read about this item in our local paper and was THRILLED not to have to go shopping all over town to find it.

What a beautiful book!!! Lovely papers and images. Such a fun way to keep track of my daily to-do list. An added bonus is that I am planning to use this to create an altered journal once I am done using it as a daily log. I am already planning to get another one next year!

It is the most beautiful desk calendar I have ever seen; and believe me, I completed an exhaustive search before buying this one. You will be grateful for it every day.

This was such a great find that I ended up ordering 5 more. I hope this company makes more next year similar to this one.
