I bought this on a whim because I like vocal music and the cover looked cool. It's not what you think. This guy has a good voice and the music selection is great. He sings everything. I can't really label the type of music...it's all over the place but I liked the Tom Waits song. Really..this was a good buy. It listens well.

Great debut recording from this NY cabaret singer. His choice of songs and lyricism is wonderful. This is a live album but doesn't have a lot of audience hubbub in background. Title track is singer's debut writing and an excellent addition to the cabaret repertoire. Don't be surprised if you hear more from this talented guy.
