Well -- I LOVE folk songs, ESPECIALLY those geared towards children! And Pete Seeger does an OUTSTANDING job when it comes to communicating with the inner child -- in ALL of us! This album is PERFECT for children -- and, of course, children-at-heart. "Try it, you'll love it!"

I remember these songs from my childhood. They are a delight. I was brought up on them and sung them to my children when they were little. We'd sing them in the car on long trips. I'm a grandma now and I'm going to buy this Pete Seeger CD for my grandson, who's just 2-1/2. Thank you, Pete Seeger.

There is a lot of silly, sappy music for children out there that can be really tedious for adults to listen to. How wonderful then that there is Pete Seeger, who is the perfect balance of fun, sweet, happy, and soulful, and is a pleasure to listen to for both children and adults. Really, I can't say enough about this CD (or Pete Seeger's music in general, really) - it's a pleasure to listen to. I love listening to this CD with my toddler son and watching him dance and sing along to the same songs I did at his age. Try this CD - your children will love it, and so will you!
