This is a really cheap keyboard. It is so flimsy, you could probably snap the keys right off without trying to hard. Although it has cool features,the sound quality is terrible. All the instruments sound the same and none of them sound like a piano. Don't waste your money.

My grandson got this toy 2 years ago (at age 3) and he still loves it. I can't speak for the quality of this year's model (poor according to previous review) but after 2 years of rough treatment, ours works fine. Right now it is hidden in the closet because the adults are tired of it again. My grandson is high energy and loves dancing to music. He mainly just uses the buttons to play the rhythms and melodies while he dances or plays. I don't know if this is a musical instrument, but it is a noisy toy that the little ones in our family like a lot.
