The music is absolutely wonderful. The songs are great for exuberant worship, but the lyrics are so soulful that it has deepened my prayer, as well. I am grateful to all of these artists and thank God for the use of their talents and the opportunity to be blessed by God through them. I liked this CD so much that I bought it for others as gifts. The best money you could spend on music!

As the other reviewers have said, this is an upbeat collection of praise and worship songs, by various artists. There is one oddity, though. The listing of the order of songs on the back cover of the CD case is wrong. They are listed correctly
on each of the two CDs and in the booklet.

A wonderful, fresh collection of Chrisitan artists. The beautiful music and lyrics are extremely "moving". You will be inspired to "shout" your love and praise to the Almighty while listening/singing along.

If you plan to buy another Christian CD this year, you must consider this one.

If you can only afford to buy a CD every once in a while, and you love anointed music that lifts up the L-rd, and is edifying to the soul, then this CD is for you.

One after another we are treated to some of the most anointed classics of our time. Does "Awesome G-d" ever get old? How about "Shout to the L-rd?" I could go on and on.

The producers of this compilation have done a great service to the Christian believer who believes that the L-rd inhabits the praises of His people. You won't stop singing and praising.

I purchased this for my husband's birthday. He has a great voice, and he enjoys singing along to this wonderful music. However, our sons (5 and 2) enjoy it even more. Everytime we get in our van, my youngest chimes out "Cel-bate!" for "Celebrate Jesus" - the first song on the first CD. My five year old has learned this song with hand motions at church. What a joy to be able to share such upbeat and powerful gospel music with the whole family. I even catch myself singing along, and I can't carry a tune! I think I'll purchase the other volumes!

This is the best cd that i have ever bought,(deserves more than 5 stars)! Highly recommended even if you are not a gospel music fan. If you are buy one and give to someone whom is not, you will be blessed. I love every song and rarely listen to anything else since buying it. My kids also love it, especially my 5 year old!!
Makes a great gift for any occassion, buy more than one.

This set of music is so beautiful - probably the best I've ever heard. I never buy music as a gift for other people because it is hard to know what music someone else will like. However, I sent this set of CD's to several people as gifts last Christmas, confident that they would love it. I have a set of the CD's for the car, another for the house, and another to save. My favorite tracks are 1, 4, 7, 9, and 11. It is a great mood elevator and puts me in a worshipful mode whenever I listen to it. I can't speak highly enough of the quality that exudes from the music on these CD's.

I am not a regular church goer any longer...and was not raised with this type of Christian music. However, after hearing commercials on TV, I found I really liked this music for a couple of reasons: (1) it's in celebration of our Lord (always a good thing); (2) it's joyful and refreshing; and (3) it allows "closet singers" (such as myself) to sing along (at the top of our lungs) and express our faith musically. Try putting on this CD while doing housework. It makes the task go by fast!!

This is a great CD to listen to while exercising! The songs are uplifting and help you to keep going while running on the treadmill.

Wow... I must say that this CD is one of the best gospel cd i have ever bought.. The songs This Is The Day and Shine Jesus Shine are the post powerfull songs i have heard... I recommend this CD to everyone who likes gospel music...May GOD bless you all
