This is THE best book for sing-alongs, church services, and camps. It has an amazing range of songs: Beatles, oldies (Bicycle Built for Two, etc.) rounds, Christmas, and on and on. We've even used it to entertain at a nursing home a few times - they loved it!
Be aware that one version just has guitar chords. Another one (Tune Book) also has notes for most of the songs.

I've owned and used editions of this song book since 1987. I learned to play guitar using this book. I've loaned it and recommended it to everyone learning to play guitar and lead music. Familiar songs, a WIDE variety of song styles, chord chart in the back. You're guaranteed to find songs you know, songs you love and songs you remember as well a number of new ones!

A friend of mine lent me this book after we sat and played some of the songs from it. There are a great number of familiar songs both popular and christian. They are easy to play and have chord diagrams for all chords in the back. I plan to use it for camping and childrens' ministries. I am buying a couple of the large print editions for guitar players and a couple of the smaller editions for singers. The smaller edition is isbn 0940781115. Have fun...

This is my most cherished guitar song book. These books have been to church, school, on camping trips, at barbeques, and everywhere we wanted music. I have two prior editions, the brown cover and the fuscia cover, and they are in shreds from the heavy use they have been subjected to over the years. I was beginning to panic because I had been unable to find it locally. To avoid this problem in the future I just ordered four more. You cannot go wrong ordering this song book.

This is a very well put togeather music book, it has a great variety of music. I use it often.

This is one of the great American songbooks. I don't know why you're still reading this and not buying your own copy. Have your friends, neighbors and family get their own copies. For God's sake, keep a close eye on your copy and don't photocopy the pages except for your own personal use.

Since I was a small child my youth group used this book. Now that I am a youth leader I use this song book because it has something for everyone in my group. This is a Must if you work with youth groups.

I was satisfied with the product that I recived but the only thing that concerned me or would have rather been nice would have been to get a tracking number on it. Other than that it was great
