One of Sandi's Best,
By A Customer
This review is from: Songs From the Heart (Audio CD)
The follow up to her platinum selling "More than Wonderful" is another fine collection of power praise songs that made Sandi famous. What sets this album apart are the introductions in the songs. Notice "Give Him the Glory" and "We will See Him as He is" to prove this point. This CD also contains her finest recording, "Via Dolorosa." A masterpiece set to a spanish theme about Christ's walk to Calvary, down that narrow road. Other highlights are the uptempo "Shine Down" and the Easter ready tune,"Glorious Morning." This is truly a wonderful and worshipful CD.

This is Sandi's BEST!!!!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Songs From the Heart (Audio CD)
I litteraly grew up listening to Sandi Patty, and recently recovered a priceless pile of her tapes from the 80's. When listening to "Songs From the Heart" I was immeidiatly transported back to my childhood and recalled all of the precious moments I spent singing her songs with my mother in the car or around the house. The words, over all message, and melodies of this album and amazing, and I am so thankful for Sandi's artistry and talent. I cannot get enough of her music, it's so uplifting.

1984,

This review is from: Songs From the Heart (Audio CD)
1984 was not the year of fascist doom. It was the year that Sandi Patty released one of her best albums. "Give Him the Glory" features Sandi singing with her two brothers. "Sing to the Lord" is a great follow up to "How Majestic is Your Name." The highlight is "The Cradle Song" which Sandi sings to her newborn daughter Anna. This album came out at the height of the 1980's Contemporary Christian love affair with inspirational songs that has since faded away. This album also features the hit recording of "Via Dolorosa." Songs for the Journey
