This CD contains some of my favorite music and is a must-have for anybody remotely interested in religious music. The songs are energetic and the fun is contagious. These songs are from the early 90s but are just as good now as they were then. This is an extroverted, sunny vision of Christianity, which is the way I like it. Anything Amy Grant touches is worth acquiring, of course, but these songs really make you want to join in, clap, and sing.

My brother sister and I listened to Songs from the Loft constantly when we were little. We had it on tape and we would listen nonstop in the car-it was a great variety of fun Christian music to listen to.

Songs from the LoftThis is one of those cd's that is a flash from the past. I had to get it when I found it because the song "We Believe In God" was one that my kids sang when they were little for their grandparents and extended family...it's a treasure!

I heart this CD! It is just as awesome as I remember it from church camp as a teenager. So excited that I found it on here!

I must confess- I only purchased this CD for one song 'We believe in God'. It is a great song and definitely worth spending $4.98 which plus postage and converted into pounds is £7.52. The rest of the songs are OK which my teenage daughter likes.

It is what I wanted and ordered.

CD was exactly what I had expected it to be when I finally got it. It's always good to discover some things you can rely on. I trust almost everything I read and every transaction I make with Amazon. Although this last one is so far the least satisfying purchase I've made because of (1) difficulty/complication in payment when I used a VISA pre-paid card and (2) the delay of shipping/delivery, I still think that Amazon and the vendor did a good job in making sure everything ran smoothly in the processing of my order. It has been 15 years since this CD first came out (1993) and the music is still timeless! This CD is out of print (found only through Amazon's resellers) and the songs cannot be downloaded either. The production of this CD is excellent! It was produced by Gary Chapman, then Amy Grant's husband, during happier times when they hosted teenagers at the barn in the backyard of their then Nashville area home. Michael W Smith, Wes King, Susan Ashton, Ashley Cleveland, Kim Hill and others also contributed to this effort as well as the beautiful voices of the teenagers at the barn. The lyrics and melodies are catchy - you will be singing along and remembering these songs afterwards. This is very well-produced worship CD worth getting and listening to for years to come.
