Good for all Steppers, November 7, 2006

I bought this CD for my step class and love it! Every song on both CDs are 128 bpm and are a great beat even if you don't have pitch control to speed up the tempo. The songs may not be that current but the remix makes it fresh again. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a new CD for high-impact, intense aerobics.
