Even though "White Cristmas" does not have a soundtrack, this Rosemary Clooney CD brings the music of this incredible classic to life. All music and lyrics in the film were written by Irving Berlin. Some songs include: "Mandy", "Sisters", and of course "White Christmas." I hope you will enjoy this classic film and it's music as much as I.

As a child of the 50's, I can't tell you how happy I was to find this CD. I listened to these songs over and over with my brothers and sister as a child. When I played a few of the songs for them, the smiles were immediate! If you grew up in the 50's and early 60's, or if you have children and would like them to experience the feel of the music of that time, this is the perfect CD. Thank you Rosemary Clooney, and thank goodness for Little Red Riding Hoods Christmas Tree, and Suzy Snowflake.

We just absolutely loved this CD. It makes me want ALL her holiday ones. To us, Rosemary Clooney's voice is the female half of Christmas -- Bing being the other half. I was delighted to find this gem, and played it only last night. Yes, in June, in *hot* Florida, I was serenaded by the pure songs on this disk.

I particularly like how "clear as a bell" she sings. Her voice even makes me think I can sing, though when I start the dogs howl and neighbors look for the fire-engines.

Anyway, after hearing her commentary on the White Christmas DVD (you need that one too) I feel like a friend stopped by my home to bring holiday happiness to me.

This album makes it feel like its 1953 all over again, when there was an innocense to Christmas that no longer exists. The recordings on this disc date from 1950-1956, there are so many goodies here and Rosemary's singing is so special you feel like a kid with your mother sitting at your side singing these songs to you. There isn't a clinker in the bunch. All have been beautifully remastered for this release. Rosemary's image and fan base have aged very well over the years, and even in the last years of her life was as well loved as she had been fifty years prior.

A must in your holiday collection! And at a great price too.

WHAT A REAL TREAT TO HEAR ROSEMARY SINGING ALOT OF GREAT HOLIDAY TUNES,ESPECIALLY SNOW, WITH SUCH CLASSIC MUSIC THAT I FELT LIKE A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD AGAIN!!! MANY I NEVER HEARD BEFORE. IT IS A SHAME WHITE CHRISTMAS DID NOT HAVE A SOUNDTRACK,HUH???. I LOVE ROSEMARY'S CLOONEY'S VOICE AND I WILL ALWAYS LOVE HER TOO!!!!
