5.0 out of 5 stars Nack the Weasel rules!, November 29, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble (Video Game)
This is a realy good game, and deserved a sequel for the Dreamcast or something.Okay, maybe that would be a bit to much, but it didn't get the attention it deserved.Nack the Weasel is an awesome charecter, and should have stayed in the series. He would make a real cool partner in crime for Knuckles while he was a bad guy.I loved this game, and if anyone gave it a chance, they would to!

4.0 out of 5 stars good color fun, January 3, 2012
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble (Video Game)
this game is good for a game gear game, and probally the best sonic game for the system. in most of the sonic game gear games you can either get the emerald, and fight the boss with no rings,or go the normal way, and fight the boss with 10 rings, which made the games hard if you wanted to complete them 100%.

5.0 out of 5 stars High-speed Sonic action at its 8-bit finest, November 24, 2010
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble (Video Game)
Triple Trouble, to me, is kind of like a Game Gear equivalent to Sonic 3 for the Genesis. Like Sonic Chaos, you get to play as either Sonic or Tails (I actually prefer the latter). Like a 2D Sonic game, you go through several zones, destroy the bosses at the end, and defeat Dr. Robotnik and demolish his evil plans.

The game borrows stuff from Sonic 3 and Sonic CD. Sonic can do the peel-out dash, and Tails can fly for a certain time.

Overall, it's your average classic Sonic game for that competitor of the Game Boy.

5.0 out of 5 stars If You Liked Sonic 2 for GG, You'll Love This, August 14, 2009
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble (Video Game)
This game is similar to Sonic 2 with the graphics and scenery, but this time, Tails is playable. You have to go against Nack, Knuckles, and Eggman (hence the name "Triple Trouble") as either Sonic or Tails to restore peace to South Island. This title for the Game Gear has an abundance of action with Sonic's new moves and Tails' ability to fly. This is also one of two games on Game Gear to feature Nack the Weasel, which shouldn't be restricted to the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog Comic Books. Nack the Weasel was also included in the arcade game Sonic the Fighters (which I only have in Sonic Gems Collection for the Gamecube because the arcade machine is impossible to find)as Fang the Sniper, and Sonic Drift 2 for the Game Gear as a racer. But this game shows how Nack can give Sonic hell as one of three bosses. This is truly a classic.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sonic Triple Trouble, May 18, 2007
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble (Video Game)
Sonic Triple Trouble is the Fouth Sonic game for the Sega Game Gear. You can play as either Sonic or Tails. When playing as Sonic your special move is The Strike Dash. Tails' special move is the Heli-Tails. Both charecters have the Super Spin Dash. There are 6 zones, and each zone has 3 acts. At the end of the final acts you will battle a Boss. The first 4 bosses are robots, the 5th is Knuckles and the last is Doctor Robotnik himself. You also fight Metal Sonic in the 6th zone. A very fun game, though not as good as the first.
