5.0 out of 5 stars FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! December 28, 2003

FINALLY!!! A new sonic game. We had Sonic games on the Gamecube before but they were all originally on another console. They were running on an old gaming engine as well. But this game is a work of art. Everything, the new team formation, the graphics, the storyline (which is interesting because Shadow survived but he doesnt remember how because he got an amnesia and also that his enemy is now Eggman also). There are 4 teams of 3 characters each. Team Sonic has Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. Team Dark has Shadow, Rouge, and this new robot guy that was created/betrayed by Eggman called Omega. Team Rose has Amy, Cream and her chao friend Cheese, and Big the Cat. Another excellent thing as well. The people from Knuckles Chaotix returned. Team Chaotix contains Espio, Vector, and Charmy. They all are against Eggman. BUY THIS THE 1ST DAY IT COMES OUT!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars A graphical, colorful masterpiece. September 4, 2005

Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
I have always wanted this game; ever since it's release. But fopr some reason; I never seemed to get it. Every chance I had, something always went wrong. Wether Blockbuster wouldn't accept my membership card; or, I was short a few bucks. FINALY, after being out with my uncle; not even looking for it, I stumbled across it for $20! We bought it in a heartbeat! As soon as I came home, I started playing it. I was simply blown out of the water by its amazing graphics! It was so colorful! Not to mention the fun of playing it! The controls were perfect! I found it challenging, but not too bad to the point of frustration (exept on a few levels). Overall, this game is definitely worth buying for $20+, wether youre a die hard sonic fan, or new to the series.

BUY THIS GAME! BUY IT NOW!

5.0 out of 5 stars THE BEST SONIC GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!! July 18, 2004
Platform for Display:GameCube
This is better than any classic Sonic game, or even the Adventure games! I loved those too, but this is the ultimate! You get to play as 4 teams with some of your favorite carachters. The teams are: Team Sonic (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles)(DUH!), Team Dark (Shadow, Rouge, Omega), Team Rose (Amy, Cream, Big), and Team Chaotix (Espio, Charmy, Vector)... I beat the whole game with all 4 teams, and the last story too!! I dont wanna spoil any last story info, to those who havent beat it. Im gonna tell the storylines of the 4 teams story modes...
Team Sonic: While Sonic races around the rocks in the mountains, Tails and Knuckles come back and give Sonic an evil letter from Eggman. Eggman: MUHAHAHAHA!! Guess what, Sonic Heroes?! Ive finally devoloped the ultimate weapon and will conquer the world in 3 days! Think you can stop me!? MUHAHAHAHA!! Oh, that dumb robot, he always thinks he can really destroy Sonic. Back to the story. Then, Sonic, Tails, & Knuckles speed off to find Eggman.
Team Dark: Rouge breaks into Eggman's base to find his secret treasure. But, suddenly in this room, she finds Shadow, only to find out that he has amneisa! What also happens is Rouge accidently frees E-123 Omega, the most powerful E-Series robot. Omega: Must eraticate all Eggman's robots! Eggman just sealed him away, and didnt pay any attention to him. Eggman! OK, then, Rouge, Shadow, and Omega join forces to look for Eggman, and to try to get Shadow's memory back.
Team Rose: It's a lovely day... Amy reads the newspaper, and finds Sonic, Froggy, and Chacola. Chacola is Cheese The Chao's brother. And, yall know Froggy, hes Big's pet and buddy. Suddenly, the newspaper and Cream get blown by the wind. Big catches Cream with his fishing rod...

5.0 out of 5 stars Cool Sonic game December 29, 2003
A Kid's Review
Platform for Display:GameCube
I played a demo of Sonic Heroes on the bonus Mario Kart double dash game and I loved it. (this is coming from a big sonic fan even with sonic stuffed animals(avalible on ebay))If you like sonic games this is great. You can play with 3 characters at a time and each have its own ability. I also suggest getting Sonic adventure 2 battle and Sonic adventure DX. (for those who played adventure 2 battle Shadow comes back!. These are also great and I have a feeling you wont be sorry for getting Sonic Heroes!
Happy New Year!

5.0 out of 5 stars pros and cons February 4, 2004
A Kid's Review
Platform for Display:GameCube
Pros
1. E102 rocks!!
2. Grade A graphics.
3. Fun objectives.
4. Four teams to choose from.
5. Fun bosses.
6. Has a team for each difficulty level. (ie: Dark-hard. Sonic- medium. Amy-easy. Chaotix-harder that Amy, but easier than Sonic.)
Huh boy. Now time for the cons
1. Camera views just improved about 5%.
2. Ummmmmmmmm...

I have never played a Sonic game before, save Sonic Adventure 2 Battle at electronics stores, but when I played Sonic Heroes on my demo disk that came with Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, I was immediately hooked. This could easily be one of the best games I have ever played. I would reccomend this game to anybody!

5.0 out of 5 stars This game will go down in history. December 15, 2003

Sonic Heroes is a game which uses a whole new style of gameplay. The main focus being teamwork, players control four teams, each consisting of three characters. There is Team Sonic, featuring Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, Team Dark, with Shadow, Rouge, and a new robot named Omega, Team Rose, consisting of Amy, Cream, and Big, and the return of the Chaotix in Team Chaotix, which has Espio, Vector, and Charmy in it. Each team has three formations, which each character is assigned to. The formations are: speed, flying, and power. Speed characters are used to zip through the level, power characters are used to get rid of obstacles and enemies, and the flying characters are used to reach higher places. Also, each team has a different style of gameplay. In Team Sonic, the focus is to get through the level quickly and stylishly. Team Dark's gameplay is more focused on combat, so expect high amounts of enemies. Team Rose is designed to be used by beginners, think of them as Team Sonic on easy mode. Team Chaotix, however, requires the player to use stealth and to sometimes collect items. All in all, this game looks extremely fun, and hits GameCube January 7th in North America. The Xbox and PS2 versions follow on the 27th, so be on the lookout!
Oh, and by the way, don't be fooled by their name, but Team Dark is, indeed, good.

Was stated that this game was in Very Good condition. Not even close. I realize this is for an old game system so I'm not expecting it to be perfect, but it was fair at best. Read more
