I bought this game at Jack in the Box for five bucks!!! They were selling this game, along with Sonic 3D Blast, in their kid's meals. The best game is Sonic 3 and knuckles. Knuckles is the best character. He flies, climbs, punches through walls that Sonic and Tails can't go through, he's just the best. I beat the game with him first. His levels are slightly different to Sonic's, it's usually more challenging or longer.
Buy this game instead of buying Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles separate. So what if it's for the computer, it's the exact same games as the Genesis versions. The cheats are the same too! Buy it!!!!

I was very happy to see that they included the game Sonic 3 and Knuckles, which was one of my favorites! If your a sonic fan you'll love this game and will remind you of your old sonic games sitting around in a box somewhere.

You can call me StoryMaker. I really like the Sonic and Knuckles Collection, a set of Sonic the Hedgehog games. It includes Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Sonic & Knuckles, and a mix of the two, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, all for PC in the Sonic and Knuckles Collection. By the way, Amazon.com says it's for Windows XP, but it works better on Windows 95 and Windows 98. You see, on XP you must full-screen the game or it goes waaaaaaaaaaay too fast and can't be played. However, it is easy to full-screen the game. My favorite game in the set is Sonic 3 & Knuckles, for you get to play Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles, and plus I don't know how you save progress in the other games, but it's easy in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. By the way, Knuckles the echidna rocks! He can glide, climb, and plus, since his large fists with huge knuckles on them are always ready, you can bash rocks with him simply by walking into them! I really like the special stages (get a giant ring to go to them in regular mode) so I obviously like special stage mode, however I don't get quite how you select characters in special stage mode. The game play is simple, yet great! There's no talking and not much plot, but still I reccomend you buy the Sonic & Knuckles Collection! Signed, StoryMaker. "Gotta trust the kid's review!"

I can't tell you how good this game is. If you are a classic sonic gamer, like me, this is a dream come true for you. This game is actually three games in one. Each level is a lot better than the previous sonic games before, and the music is so good, you almost want to take a sound recorder and record every second of the track, because it sounds that good. In this game, probably the best level is either the Sky Sanctuary Zone, or the flying battery zone. I like each one a lot becaue the music is VERY good and the enemies are very hard to defeat which makes the game challenging. Also, you can't forget about Dr. Robotnik. Each level has it's own boss, and they get harder every time. The Death Egg Zone is probably one of the hardest levels I've ever played in the classic sonic games. The level has tons of endless pits, tough enemies, and of course, the Doomsday zone. The boss is EXTREMELY hard in the doomsday zone, and I have to say that it'd be really helpful if you had rings. Otherwise, you're screwed. Metal Sonic is also in the Sky Sanctuary zone, and he is a very hard enemy to defeat.

Overall, this game is truly a bestseller.

The best of Sonic and Knuckles ever. I love this game and recomend it to any one.

Was made for older windows systems and won't play correctly. Very old graphics etc - I should have done more research !

This is a great throw back game from the 90's never gets old to me. Plus i love the music!

Finally! You get to play old Sonic games on you PC!!! This game is really fun to play, I like the music, and the graphics are not perfect, but very nice. Sonic 3 and Knuckles is my favorite because you can be Tails (he can fly, so it makes it easy). If you're a Sonic fan, BUY IT!! :)

this is ancient and a little, well, old. But that is what I needed for an old windows 2000 OS.

I haven't gotten this game yet, but I have played other Sonic games and I would give them all 5 stars. I think that this will be the best one. If it was possible, and if I am right about this, I would give this game 6 stars! And if I'm right about this and you don't like this game, I would say that you were just jealous because you don't have the game.
