5.0 out of 5 stars Sonic's Scream Test, February 16, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sonic X, Vol. 5: Sonic's Scream Test (DVD)
Personally, this was one of the best videos I had EVER watched. I watch it every day! The episodes include The Adventures of Knuckles and Hawk, The Dam Scam, Sonic's Scream Test, Cruise Blues (my favorite!) and Fast Friends. I thought that The Adventures Of Knuckles And Hawk was lacking luster at points. I always fast-forward through that episode. I reccomend that episode to people who have patience and can watch something happen over and over again. The Dam Scam was a good episode. I just wasn't all that interested in the big ape robot. (one of Eggman's inventions of course. Sonic says he looks more like a sluck in the episode) Sonic's Scream Test was pretty cool. Above all, my favorite was Cruise Blues. Sonic is going crazy because he and everyone else (Cream, Amy, Chris, Tails and Chris' Grandfather) are on a cruise. Sonic absolutely hates the water. When he is going to leave, in come the elderly from the retirement home. They came to show everyone how to relax. Then Sonic starts an escape plan. Again, Eggman comes. Suprisingly, Ella gets rid of Eggman. Fast friends I thought could have been better, but above all, this is a MUST HAVE VIDEO!

4.0 out of 5 stars Sonic Scream Test, July 17, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sonic X, Vol. 5: Sonic's Scream Test (DVD)
Great show, but not so good episodes. In the first episode on this DVD, The Adventures of Knuckles and Hawk, Hawk tells Knuckles that hes found one of the chaos emeralds, Knuckles goes off to meat Hawk for the emerald, but hes not the only one searching for the emerald. In the Dam Scam, Sonic, Chris, and Tails crash into a forest area with hardly any water around, but a group of men are building a dam right in the middle. In Sonic's Scream Test, Chris' mom as a part in a movie being filmed at a haunted house, creepy stuff soon happens to everyone when they're in the house. In Cruise Blues, Sonic is stuck on a cruise for about a week and he begins going crazy and to make matters worse, Dr. Robotnik begins to attack them group. The final episode is Fast Friends, in this episode, Sonic has been asked to race sam to see who is the fastest, if Sonic doesn't race, he may have to face Robotnik, will Sonic except the challange? I think these episodes are great for kids around 7-10 years old, though I'm a teen and still watch these shows=P

I have been a big fan of sonic since the game came out back in the mid 1985. This is the fifth volume in the first season of sonic. There are six seasons total but last time I checked the only season that they had all the episode available together in one dvd container were season 5 and 6. Which I recommend you get theme used in like new condition which you can get these for some where in between $15 and 60$ with the shipping fee exclude to be more precise the cheapest you can get these season five and six season set together is 21.42 pluse the ship cost so total some where between 22 to $30 the most pricy you can get these if you want to get them in really, really really, good conditions so they might possible last even longer if you take good care of them is some where in between 20 and $60. This volume contains episode from The Adventures of Knuckles and Hawk to Fast friends make up about at total running time of about 100 minutes with the credits, open theme song, closing credits, and interludes included. If you are trying to watch these episode in chronological order after you watch the third episode one volume one eject the disk and put in volume 2 if you have it. They went out of order for the bonus episode there is a huge jump in the time gap of about 24 episode jumping all the way from episode 3 to episode 27. If you like this I recommend you get the other 9 volumes for season 1
