This set was a gift from my husband. I use all 4 discs & have burned them to my computer. The Creativity has a couple things that irritate me but other than that all are wonderful. The sleep one has been especially helpful in my life. Anyone who has trouble falling asleep should try this. Read about the science behind the music, for those of us who have trouble shutting down our brain this music is a big help.

This collection is an outstanding resource for personal and professional use. I have found the sleep music especially helpful, in that I travel often and use it to enjoy deep, restful sleep. The relaxation music creates a wonderful training ambience. I travel with this set all of the time.
