I ordered this product since I am a real estate appraiser. I found it bulky, nearly impossible to calibrate and inaccurate. The instructions with the unit are sketchy. The unit puts out a sonar type signal that spreads out every few feet, there is no way to know exactly where you are pointing it. Also, the sonar signal really bothers dogs - something I don't need while working out in the field! I could not trust it for my work, where I have to be accurate to the tenth of a foot.

This is an awesome piece of equipment for measuring distances easily and accurately. This model has many great features like, calculations of Volume and addition together with memory feature. It works great and I am very satisfied with it. Sonin Inc, sells this item on web through Amazon.com only. They dont have online store. So buy it here. Finally, great deal for this price and very useful!
