It comes with just a usb cable which you should connect to a power source (like a PC) for charging the battery.

No, there are no audio ports on the camera. Only USB and HDMI.

You can start it without a card but there is no onboard memory for pictures. You need media to snap a photo.

Hi Seb, yes, the optical stablization depends on the lens attached. The camera comes with the SELP1650 kit lens. Thanks_Mitch

You can buy it with (16-50mm) or without a lense :-)

I am not sure, the first Sony I have owed, but the quality is comparable to my Canon 60D.
