The product was fine in and of itself, however, it was not what I was looking for and I returned it. I needed stereo earphones and these were not stereo.

This earphones hurt my ears, plain and simple. The sound quality is miserable, and there is not a volume control either. I have to massage my ears after working for only a few hours. I do not recommend these earphones at all if you are using them for transcription.

Very disappointed with this headset. This headset does not provide stereo sound. Sound is predominantly in the ear with the cord. I would not recommend this headset to anyone who does transcription work. I wish I could get my money back, but shipping and restocking fee would not make it worthwhile.
