I recently bought a Sony HDTV from Costco and A/V receiver from Sony. So I did some research for buying a HDMI cable and decided to buy this Sony high grade high speed HDMI cable. Although it is pricy, but it seems that this cable did the job. good cable. I recommend it.Just for my own curiosity, I went ahead to order a cheaper HDMI cable from monoprice.com. After hooking it up with my equipment, my wife and I did feel that the quality of video/picture is not as good as Sony's and it seems this cheaper cable can not handle motion, for example, watching HGTV, as well as Sony's. My wife said this cheaper cable made her feel dizzy. So I waste $20, but learn Sony HDMI cable is reliable. Hope this helps. |
