I've had a lot of headsets and all have had horrible sound quality, but not this one. The fit over your head instead of stuffing it in your ear make it comfortable to wear for long periods. The only negative is you have to treat it with care since the thin wires are easy to break, but that is probably the case with all of these. The volume control, mic volume control (two settings), and mic mute on the wire is very handy. Sony has changed the product number over the years, but it is still the same device. I hope they never stop making it otherwise I'll need to stock up.
