Good camera
Good camera, had great picture for video conference, after setting up camera though and testing more thoroughly, found that panning to the left caused the camera to reset itself. I hadn't seen any other reports of this issue, so assume it was isolated and not a bad batch thing. Had to return for replacement/refund. Like the remote for the camera also. Connected using...

DOA
Now working when arrived. Was told to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement. No help from the vendor to get the issue resolved.
