this is a great phone
I loved my phone, took great pictures, easy to use and update on computor. I did have to send it back because it went dead, got it back and no more problems. great camera, music player and love the fm radio. then I lost the phone, so someone else has a great phone now!

Classy paperweight
This is the worst phone I have ever owned. I got this to replace my W810i. I have had many Sony Ericsson phones, and I like the way they work and the way they look. This one, when it is working, has a nice interface. It improves upon the previous phones in this area. The camera is a good one, and the voice quality is good. This is the worst phone I have ever owned. I got this to replace my W810i. I have had many Sony Ericsson phones, and I like the way they work and the way they look. This one, when it is working, has a nice interface. It improves upon the previous phones in this area. The camera is a good one, and the voice quality is good. The problem is that the phone dies randomly. One day, I picked it up and it was dead. A quick internet search reveals that the phone's software is fundamentally flawed. Search "k850 brod" and you will see the hundreds of people stricken with this problem. The only recourse offered by se support was to send it back to them for 10 days, and when it comes back, the same problem could happen again.

The phone is completely in the specs according to the seller. Takes excellent 5MP pictures comparable to a regular 5MP camera. The only drawback is that it only accepts certain formatted pictures from other phones. Everything else on the phone is amazing I would definitely recommend it and recommend getting a case to protect it as I've read there have been problems with the K850i in the past although I have not experienced any problems what so ever.
