It includes a 2-megapixel camera with a sliding lens cover and LED flash, integrated digital audio player, Memory Stick Duo/Pro expansion slot, and an FM radio. You'll stay connected wherever you roam thanks to the push email capabilities, Web browsing with RSS feed connectivity, and full suite of messaging options.

Snap brilliant still images and video with the 2-megapixel Cyber-shot camera, which is protected by a sliding cover.
This unlocked cell phone can be used with a GSM network service provider and it provides tri-band connectivity (900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz). It does not come with a SIM card, and it requires that you provide a SIM card for usage with your selected service provider. This phone comes with a one-year warranty from a third party provider.

The brightly colorful 2-inch display offers a 176 x 220-pixel resolution and 262K colors for added depth. It has a standard numeric keypad as well as a five-way directional button on the front of the device that controls most of the phone's menus and features. The K750i has 38 MB of shared internal memory, and you can expand the phone's memory using Memory Stick Duo media (as well as Memory Stick Duo Pro).

The back of the phone includes the autofocus 2-megapixel camera, which is protected by a lens cover and features an LED flash. Camera features include a 4x digital zoom, 8-second self-timer, color effects, in-camera picture framing, rapid-fire burst mode, and a panorama mode that lets you line up several shots to create a large vista. Send a picture message, or upload to your blog for all to see. Use the pictures you take as wallpaper to dress up your phone to your different tastes. The phone's camera also supports video capture and playback. There's even an included application called Video DJ that allows you to edit video footage right on your phone. Make it look great with advanced editing options before uploading footage to your blog.

This phone provides Bluetooth version 2.0 wireless connectivity, and includes profiles for communication headset, handsfree car kits, and printing. You can connect your laptop (either via Bluetooth or wired USB) and enjoy dial-up networking (DUN)--surf the Internet, send email, and access files from a server. In addition to USB and Bluetooth connectivity, the K550i also has an infrared receiver for data synchronization.

If you're looking for a mobile office partner, the K750i has you covered. Support is built in for sending and receiving pictures, text, graphics, sound and video via SMS or MMS messages. When used in combination with the phone's built-in still and video camera, MMS opens up a whole new world of messaging possibilities. Instant messaging is also supported and the phone ships with a built-in email client with support for POP3, IMAP4, and SMTP protocols. Push email is also supported, allowing you to have instant email on your mobile phone, just like on your home computer. Messages are sent directly to your phone as soon as they arrive. There's also a built-in Web browser for downloads and mobile Web browsing. T9 text entry, a technology that makes it easier for people to enter words and text on handsets, is built into the unit--a plus for mobile email and text messaging users.

The K750i can store up to 500 contacts (each including 20 fields of data) and display 30 received, dialed and missed calls. The phone's voice activated dialing makes calling your favorite contacts as easy as saying their names, while the built-in speakerphone makes it easy to talk without having the phone to your ear. Polyphonic ringtones are included and there's even a bundled application that lets you mix your own ringtones. Picture caller ID lets you assign a photo to specific callers. Similarly, a ringer ID lets you assign ringtones to callers. For those times you want to keep things discreet, there's a vibrate ringer mode.

A number of handy software tools are bundled with the K750i, including a voice memo recorder, a calculator, a calendar and an alarm clock. The phone also supports the SyncML PC synchronization standard. This means the phone can be used with Sony Ericsson Sync Station software, which lets you synchronize your Microsoft Outlook calendar, contacts, notes and tasks with your K750i. The phone also supports a USB mass storage mode, allowing you to store and transport important files like documents, images, and music files.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst Phone Made, June 14, 2005
This review is from: Sony Ericsson K750i Unlocked Cell Phone with 2 MP Camera, MP3/Video Player, Memory Stick Duo/Pro Slot--International Version with Warranty (Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Working for a phone company, I have seen this phone come back with problems more than any phone ever made. Motorola is the worst manufacturer. You'd think because they're such a huge company, that they'd get it right. but...unfortunatly 95% of their phones, are defective.

Common Problems:

Phone stops turning on

LCD Screen goes black

LCD Sensor stops detecting that the phone is fliped open

Key Pad stops lighting up

Antenna's come out easily

Buttons stop working.....etc (you can name it-)

My suggestion- get yourself into a samsung or a nokia, those phones last forever, and rarely have problems. I would not recommend a motorola!

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sony Ericsson K750i Unlocked Cell Phone with 2 MP Camera, MP3/Video Player, Memory Stick Duo/Pro Slot--International Version with Warranty (Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I definately would not recommend people buying this phone. I got this phone because the Cingular dealer recommended it and said it would last a long time, however I've only had this phone 3 months and I've had to replace this phone, the first one: 1 in 73 chance that the screen would come up perfect. This is happening with the second one too.

If your local Cingular dealer recommends the Motorola V180, don't even think about it. Get another phone instead.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bound for the junkyard..., August 19, 2005

This review is from: Sony Ericsson K750i Unlocked Cell Phone with 2 MP Camera, MP3/Video Player, Memory Stick Duo/Pro Slot--International Version with Warranty (Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I've had nothing but problems with this phone. First, the vibrating function died. Then I began having issues with the keypad and most recently BOTH screens decided to just stop working. So, I now can't access my voicemail, text messages or phonebook. I'm going back to Nokia and will never buy another Motorola.
