3.0 out of 5 stars If you absolutely can't spend any more..., April 4, 2009
This review is from: Sony Ericsson T226 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone (Electronics)
...and really need an unlocked GSM phone for the US, it's better than the Motorola F3, which doesn't even have real text for the menus.

It has some handy alarm/task/notes features.

Extremely primitive web browser, but I guess better than none at all.

It occasionally has some hiccups in the software, but was much better than the Nokia 1600 which crashed completely several times per week. I used it for several months, and it worked OK until I got bored and wanted something better.

The ring tones are not MP3 quality, but it does let you record your own ringers with a voice-note quality feature.

If you can't spend any more, I would get this. But if you use your phone much, I would pay more for a motorola V195 or similar.
