I am very pleased with my purchase. The sound is great, the sub woofer fills the room. There are a lot of features and options and therefore, a lot to get familiar with in the instruction manual. It does take someone like me (electronic novice) a while to read through and figure everything out. The only other negative was the under sized speaker wires. I'd recommend an upgrade to these wires. Otherwise, I would have rated this equipment 5 stars.

Now this is more like it. I replaced the defective DAV-FX10 with this system. WOW what a difference. This system has a real subwoofer and fills my large family room with all the sound crisp and clear and base you really feel. I didn't use the speaker wires that came with it, I had 14 ga. wire already wired into the walls.

In tems of price and simplicity this system is awesome! I upgraded from the SONY DDW660. This is a huge step up. The active subwoofer really hits for one of these HTIB's. I love the included 5 disc changer.
The receiver has plenty of inputs for all of my toys. I totally recommend this. I picked up some 14 gauge speaker wire to replace the tiny stuff included with this (and all) system. THIS ROCKS!!
