This TV features a stylish white cabinet and some pleasant suprises such as stereo sound, an easy setup menu, and multilingual capabilities.

Sony's acclaimed Trinitron picture tube is based on a cylindrical model containing a screen face that is flat from top to bottom. Because of this, vertical lines remain straight and distortion is minimized. The Trinitron tube also significantly reduces glare by reflecting light toward the floor, rather than directly into the viewer's eyes where it can make the picture appear washed out.

This TV is also V-Chip enabled for parental control of children's viewing of inappropriate material.
