Not that bad
I think this system rocks, and have had no problem with the speakers rattling. For the price, the number of features this system has is great; it is also extremely versitile. Way cool! I'd give it 4 1/2 stars, but no option exists.

This system is a terrible disappointment due to one reason, The housing for the speakers rattles terribly at any volume level with the bass boost/subwoofer on. It actually gets to be louder than the music that you are listening too. It is INCREDIBLY irritating, I suggest you avoid it, it seems to be a huge manufacturing defect.

I have this stereo on the way!!!
I have heard it before and it was FLOORING!! Downside is this thing is far to huge!!..meaning it takes up that much more space on the Shelf!! and it does have a lot of whackey pointless features'!! It is a nice peice though!!! FOR METAL..THIS WILL KILL SOME ONE!!!! AS THE FLOWER WITHER's IN THIS THING IS LIKE ARMAGEDON..IF NOT WORSE!!! GET IT FOR CHEAP..YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!

I recently won this bookshelf system on Auction for a really good price. I was expecting some dinky little shelf system that might be good quality. Not only is this system gigantic (beleive me it won't fit on your bookshelf! ) but it has unbelievable quality! I am a bass lover and these speakers shellout enough bass to shake the house. I was very concerned after seeing the past feedback on this item but the speakers don't rattle in the slightest bit. EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE DOES! Plus points: It has hook-ups for surround sound! That with a 200 max output, it's 50 per speaker (x4) more than enough to make it feel like you are in the movie. Cons: It is very complicated. There are so many functions I don't even know how to start. However it seems like when I figure out how idividual functions work they are far from useless. I can switch modes from "Party" to "Dance" and even "Night" when you want to play music with picky neighbors. This is a clear cut case of BANG (or BOOM) for your BUCK!
