I used this battery in my new Sony DSC-WX9 digital camera (still, video, panoramic). The literature said to expect 210 still shots or 1.75 hours of power. I believe I received about this amount. I powered the camera on and off dozens of times, and had it on for extended times, watching for a shot I wanted. I took about 400 photos a day, and used about two batteries a day.

I was in Italy, so used a special charger I had purchased last year in Germany. The charger has plugs for Europe, North America, and others. I had not expected this universal charger, which accommodates many battery types to charge the battery to full capacity, but the batteries seemed to have a full charge, and last as long as I expected.

I have used this battery for only a month or so, so cannot speak to the longevity and how they take a charge after a long period of use.

Bad battery, defective, not good at all for MicroMV Cameras like SONY DCR IP5 or IP7, go fo NPF-71 InfoLITHIUM as a replacement
