This particular optical drive is out-of-commission and hard to find, so I understand why it took an extra few days to receive it from the vendor. After all that is why I had to use Amazon to find this optical drive. Excellent drive worked right out of the box without any issues. I would use this vendor again and would recommend them to anyone looking for computer hardware at a reasonable price.
