Excellent memory for the Sony digital camera. Works well enough that I can shoot in continuous mode, at up to 5 frames per second, and the memory card has no problems keeping up. Size is large enough to give "limitless" pictures, and video.

The Pro-HG Duo HX Memory Stick works great with my new Sony HD AVCHD HandyCAM. Fast transfer rates and USB adapter make this the MS Stick of choice. At least for now.

I was, at first, a little bit skeptical about buying this, but I'm so glad now that I did. For everyday usage, this little speedy devil is the only thing I need in my pocket shooter, besides batteries of course. I've had this thing in my pocket shooter for over 2 months now and I haven't had to delete anything off of it yet! Although it would probably be good practice to backup the pictures and delete them from the memory card, I'm just a tad bit lazy in doing so.

I haven't had any other cards to compare it with yet, but the speed is very noticeable when transferring files to a computer using the adapter that came with it. I've used multiple flash drives that were no where close to the speed this thing is at. Especially when it came to writing, I was able to write a file to this thing that was roughly 2.5 gb in under 2 minutes while my 2 gb flash drive took over 4 minutes just writing multiple files of around 200 mb each.

A very good buy if you have the cash for it. Otherwise if you just need the storage space and not the speed, then there are cheaper sticks out there that can do that. Of course, this product is only for pocket shooters than can actually support it.

Tiny size, fast rate of transfer, comes with USB adapter. The only trouble is the USB adapter is not so slim, and had a problem fitting into the face of my Dell Dimension 9150.

Happy to inform it works with the Sony Handycam CX-100 (not in the original documentation).

The HX MagicGate transfer speed is worth the money, and as some have posted on other reviews of products, there is a slight lag (up to 10 secs) on slow flash memory at the 4GB level for file buffering. This stick does not experience that lag on my use thanks to it's extreme speed.

I had previously purchased a Sony 8GB Micro Drive...this is about 1/6 the size and twice the storage. Can be used as a great quick drive or camara memstick.

Just a Note I found out from experience: The file system my HDR-CX100 handycam uses is different than that of my Windows XP SP2 PC, so be aware you may need to partition it if you want different file systems as I have done in the past (photos/docs/xls files sharing space all on one stick stored in my camera).

I bought this as a back-up for my 8 gig memory stick but like this one better. It has lots of memory capacity. I film video with my Sony Cyber-shot and it can hold a boatload of video. I also like having the extra USB reader as I can now download this card while I film with the other. It is very small. I'm amazed it can hold so much.

So far I've purchased two of the Sony 16GB memory sticks. My DVD Camcorder had an internal 16GB so with the auxilliary one I found I could record my 'filming' directly to the solid state storage and haven't found the need as yet for the DVD disk! My Sony HX-1 also has remarkable storage so I am a big fan of big storage!

Huge amount of space. I use it with my Sony HX1, and it gets me over 3000 pictures in full 9MP resolution. Plus allows space for 1080P videos too. Fast write speed as well. Would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend.

I'm so glad I invested in this card. I read the other reviews and now that I have played around with the card, I agree with all of them. The other nice thing is that if you want to upload some pictures and you're away from your regular computer that has the sony software installed on it, you can use the usb reader to put the pictures onto whatever computer is available to you (hotel or whatever) without having to worry about installing any kind of software etc. Which makes it nice if you want to email vacation pictures while still on vacation.. :D I'm very happy with this. -Also was happy with the relative speed of the free super saver shipping.. I ordered it the day after Christmas and received it the day before New Years Eve (Thank God..) - Order it and be glad that you did.

It's definitely faster than the standard version, but you might not REALLY need the speed...

this is a great bundle to buy to supplement any memory-stick based camera. it comes with a very handy and portable USB memory stick reader that works on both Mac and Windows. The memory stick is very fast and is a good size for recording 1080p video.
